26-Jul-2011I have been a customer for a long time and I’ve been a big supporter of the Greenery for a long time. They do very a good job and they are very professional. I think what I like is ….they have the resources and the manpower to take care of the unusual when it happens.
For example, 2 weeks ago – we had some sort of microburst windstorm that blew through. There were fairly large limbs down
Throughout my property. I made 1 phone call at 9am just to report the problem, by the time I came back at 11am it was like it never happened. Everything was completely cleaned up. With very little notice, they took care of something out of the ordinary. I think that speaks very highly of this organization.
Something else I like about The Greenery………….. When things go well and my place looks really nice, I don’t hesitate to call and thank them for the great work. When things aren’t exactly right, I express concern and my comments are always very well received,given a great deal of thought and addressed quickly. It’s always handled very professionally.
I have never given a thought about changing landscape companies.
